Cars & Coffee and recurring gatherings

Charlotte Motor Speedway

The Speedway’s Cars & Coffee schedule lists third-Saturday mornings, 8–11 AM, with free spectator admission and no show registration fee. It takes place in Concord. AutoFair Cars & Coffee is a separate event with different registration rules.

Cars & Cappuccino

The organizer’s 2026 schedule includes European-car meetings at SouthPark Mall and special gatherings at other venues. There is no November meeting on that schedule. Don’t assume every month has a SouthPark event: check the exact venue and date. Display parking and public parking have different rules.

Gibson Mill

This Concord gathering is listed for the second Saturday of each month, 8–10 AM, through December 12, 2026. The tourism calendar lists free admission. Check the individual date before making plans.

Classic-car gatherings

Streetside Classics and Gateway Classic Cars have dated Concord listings in our calendar. Their seasonal schedules differ. Look at the actual November or December listing rather than assuming a year-round monthly pattern.

Which Charlotte-area car shows are free?

Our upcoming listings include free spectator options at the Speedway, Gibson Mill, Streetside Classics and Gateway Classic Cars. A free spectator visit does not always include entering a vehicle, reserved parking, judging or special activities.

Read the admission line on each event page. For ticketed events such as the Charlotte Auto Show, follow the official ticket link for current prices and eligibility rules. We keep unconfirmed admission details clearly marked.

Plan your first visit

  1. Check the organizer before leaving. Confirm the date, time, venue and any weather update. A recurring meet can change or skip a month.
  2. Decide whether you’re viewing or displaying. Check registration, vehicle restrictions, arrival windows and spectator access separately.
  3. Use the event’s directions link. Check the organizer’s entrance and parking instructions as well as the street address.
  4. Follow the meet’s rules. Keep arrivals and departures quiet, respect reserved spaces, and ask before touching a vehicle or photographing its owner.
  5. Save the dated event. Each listing includes a calendar download and a Google Calendar link. Recheck the source even after saving it.

Common questions

How do I find car shows this weekend?

Open the event calendar and choose “This weekend.” Combine it with a city or event-type filter. An empty result means we have no matching upcoming listing, not that no events exist.

Does this guide include events outside Charlotte?

Yes. Current coverage includes nearby Concord, Davidson and Indian Trail. We expand coverage when we have dated listings and sources to support it.

Are the photos from the listed events?

Current listing images are illustrative automotive photos. They are not presented as photographs of the particular event.

Can I submit a local show?

Use the event submission form. Include an official link and accurate dates, location and admission details. Submissions are reviewed privately and do not publish automatically.
